With its online merchant base growing rapidly, Q Card needed to increase awareness of online acceptance, while engaging their Cardholders and driving online spend.

Our solution was a simple and highly effective idea called Like it Up. For one day only, Q Cardholders had the chance to bump up the online Eftpos term from 90 to 200 days no payments and no interest. All they needed to do was ‘Like’ the Q Card Facebook app page.

The results were fantastic:

  • 930% online sales uplift compared to the daily average in 2015.
  • 41% were new online shoppers.
  • A high level of engagement meant the ‘200 days’ limit was reached well in advance of the cutoff.

‘Like it Up’ was an exciting new campaign that provided our Q Cardholders (and prospects) with a fun way to engage with our brand, while educating them about using Q Card online.
